Zeswitz Music names Keith Hodgson Director of Education - New Jersey

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ -- Zeswitz Music today announced Keith Hodgson has joined the company as Director of Education - New Jersey. In this role, Mr. Hodgson will be working closely with music educators and musicians to positively impact instrumental music programs across New Jersey.

An accomplished educator, conductor, and clinician, Keith brings over 30 years of teaching experience to the Zeswitz Music team. Mr. Hodgson’s teaching career includes twenty-six years as a high school band director in New Jersey, the majority of which were as Director of Instrumental Music at Mainland Regional HS in Linwood, NJ. Keith also was the recipient of the 2014 New Jersey Governor's Award in the Arts for Leadership in Music and was honored as the recipient of the 2016 Distinguished Service Award by the New Jersey Music Educators Association.

In addition to his role at Zeswitz, Mr. Hodgson is also a Director of Music Education at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and currently serves as President to the Eastern Division of the National Association for Music Education. He is a Conn-Selmer Educational Clinician, Head Director of the American Music Abroad Gold Tour and an active guest conductor, clinician and professional development presenter.
