Please do not return an instrument to your school until we confirm that we have scheduled your return/exchange.

  • For exchanges, let us deliver your new instrument before you return the old one. That way, playing and practicing can continue without interruption. Let us confirm the timing with you before you leave the old instrument to the band room. 
  • For returns, your rental will remain active until we receive the instrument. We will retrieve the instrument from the band room at your school once you let us know it's there for pickup.
